On any given day youll apply your knowledge of effective teaching practices to lead engaging activities ensure safe checkins and checkouts and collaborate with team members to supervise children maintain safety encourage positive behaviors and stay in compliance with licensing standards. Youll also maintain clear communication with teammates and supervisors document incidents as required and address childrens needs.To succeed in this role you should have an interest or experience working directly with children in recreational or educational settings. You understand how to apply rules and provide positive redirection to ensure safety all while actively engaging with the children and making the program enjoyable.
