Role Overview
The Associate Event Operations will join an entrepreneurial team that delivers worldclass event audiences and experiences at The Wall Street Journal. The event operations team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the event management systems data and analytics strategy websites and more. This position will be focused on supporting bestinclass tools processes and systems and will work closely with the DJ Engineering & IT teams to improve technology analytics and efficiency across the group.

What are my accountabilities
Support the manager with day to day inbound requests from the marketing team
Event registration creation and platform setup
Analytics tagging and implementation
Workflow automations via Zapier tool
Consumption and engagement reporting
Coordinate end to end testing and review of registration implementation adhering to established procedures
Coordinate project timelines working with the Manager to support platform enhancements and new initiatives
Coordinate training documentation and educational sessions ensuring the team is well versed and comfortable.
Stay up to date on the latest product updates and releases as well as the best ways to use these technologies.
Qualifications / Requirements:
02 years of experience
IT literate with a strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential along with the technical aptitude to master new SaaS systems quickly
Excellent organization skills able to work under pressure and to tight timescales in a fast paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail a must
Ability to produce comprehensive reports and act on results
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
A selfmotivated and proactive team player who will continuously build upon and share knowledge and expertise with the team
Proven ability to work with and across multiple teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
Resultsdriven highperforming highquality work attitude
Experience with CVent Salesforce and Eloqua or similar event management platforms CRM and Marketing Automation systems is highly desirable
Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study
