If you answered yes to these questions this may be the position for you. Behavior Analysis and Therapy Inc. is a nonprofit agency seeking BCBAs or BCaBAs for an innovative program that addresses challenging behaviors and improving parentchild relationships of typically developing atrisk youth throughout beautiful Lee Collier and surrounding counties Florida. Opportunities include working with typically developing children and their families.
Our agency provides a unique opportunity to work within a true behavioral community consisting of a team of behavior analysts that work collaboratively with one another on a daily basis and enjoy applying ABA to populations not often targeted by BCBAs/BCaBAs.

Job Description.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting functional assessments
Developing Behavior Intervention Plans
Providing competency based training to caregivers and staff
Developing data collection systems
Monitoring progress
Programming for generalization and maintenance
The position consists of working in caregiver homes and community settings throughout Lee Collier and surrounding counties. This position will require travel within the local area with late afternoon and early evening hours (peak times are 2:307:30pm). The work week will mainly consist of working Monday through Friday. Qualifications.
The applicant must be a BCaBA or BCBA or obtain BCBA/BCaBA certification within first 12 months of employment. Although not mandatory preference will be given to applicants with experience developing training implementing and monitoring acquisition and reduction plans. Effective oral and written communication skills and OUTSTANDING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS are required.
Starting salary.
We offer very competitive salaries based on experience with annual performancebased pay increases.
