Description

Family Reunification Coach

FullTime Days occasional early evenings.

The Family Reunification Coach must have some flexibility in scheduling while meeting client needs.

Work Related travel reimbursement.

As a Family Reunification Coach you will have a strong desire to help and serve others at the same time demonstrate a strong willingness to work cooperatively with others and be a part of an exciting foster care team. You will report to the Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Transportation of children to family visits and appointments.

Provide supervision of family visits with a focus on reunifying the family while utilizing the family visit coaching and engagement model.

Offer oneonone support for the youth.

Maintain cultural sensitivity competence and client confidentiality.

Fulltime position 40 hours per week with a shifting schedule based on the needs of the program which includes some early evenings.

Requirements and Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

12 years of related experience preferred.

Must have a drivers license and a reliable and safe vehicle to transport clients. Standard mileage reimbursement will be provided.
