About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Solicitor to join our clients esteemed team in Telford. With a minimum of 3 years postqualification experience you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a variety of private client matters particularly those involving trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on wills estates trusts and inheritance tax planning.
- Draft and review wills trusts and associated documentation to meet clients needs.
- Assist clients with probate and estate administration ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Stay informed of changes in legislation and best practices within private client law.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in private client law with specific experience in trusts.
- Strong understanding of trust law estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
- A proactive and detailoriented approach to managing cases and client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
