Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Santa Ana CA. This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented customer-focused and capable of handling inquiries and client needs with a professional and positive attitude. You will serve as a key point of contact ensuring our clients receive high-quality support and service throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service through timely and effective communication
Manage and resolve client inquiries issues and concerns via phone email or in person
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Support onboarding processes for new clients and assist with follow-ups
Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
Continuously look for ways to improve service processes and customer experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or client relations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask stay organized and work under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
