What we are looking for:
Due to internal movements were looking for an experienced people leader to join our facilities team. Youll be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our high profile area facilities amenities and play equipment working closely with the Supervisor.
What your day will look like:
- Planning and preparing for maintenance programs
- Organising required resources including people and plant
- Prioritising and delegating customer requests
- Providing guidance and mentorship to your team
- Ensuring records and kept up to date and the supervisor is informed

What youll need for success:
Youll be confident and capable leading a team and will enjoy building a collaborative working relationship with your Supervisor. Your role will include overseeing a number of high profile areas contributing to the safety and enjoyment of our communities.
Youll have:
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers
- A high level of computer literacy and able to pick up new systems
- Experience organising work schedules rosters and allocating resources
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
