Job Description

Assist our onsite Physical Therapist in providing both direct and consultative physical therapy services following each students Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluation.Maintain accurate written documentation for all treatments provided.Communicate professionally and provide guidance to team members ensuring that established goals and skill development strategies are carried over effectively.Participate in the IEP process and engage in professional communication during meetings with families and external agencies as directed by the Physical Therapist.
