Salesforce Developer
Approximate 9month contract Sydney Location Rates Negotiable
OVERVIEW
Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team. Within this role you will work alongside the internal IT team to support the 12month small business growth plan. The focus will be on enhancing and automating the decisionmaking to reduce processing times.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and implement Salesforce and nCino Commercial Lending solutions to support business objectives.
- Automate decisionmaking processes to streamline operations and reduce processing times.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows Lightning components and integrations.
- Utilise Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder to enhance user experience and business efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts and IT professionals to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines version control and configuration management best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates best practices and industry trends.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive expertise in nCino Commercial Lending and the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development tools including Flow Builder Lightning App Builder and Apex programming.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and configuration management.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs REST and middleware solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills initiative and attention to detail.
