You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Vendor Enablement you have found the right team.

As a Vendor Enablement Lead within the Vendor Enablement and Experience Team you will be a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting solutions. You will serve as a key strategic business partner aligned to a productagile financial model generating valuable insights and supporting the right decisions for Consumer and Community Banking Technology. Your role will involve shifting the broader Consumer and Community Banking team to operate within the productagile framework promoting the wide adoption of efficient processes and digital tools. You will be tasked with providing highquality forwardlooking actionable finance deliverables to facilitate timely and thoughtful decisionmaking across the Finance Product and Technology teams. Your responsibilities will also include the daytoday oversight and operational management of thirdparty partners/vendors requiring close collaboration with both internal and external parties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Tech & Digital) Sourcing Legal and external supplier partners to rationalize demand strategize plans consult tech partners negotiate deals partner with Sourcing for competitive bidding events assess proposals select suppliers handle escalations and elevate strategic opportunities.
  • Facilitate executive spend approval processes.
  • Manage competitive RFP processes and Contract Lifecycle across the technology space in partnership with Sourcing.
  • Interact regularly with partners and vendors to ensure service quality system response and other obligations are met with responsibility for thirdparty risk oversight including maintenance of procedures and enforcement of policies and contractual agreements.
  • Manage vendor KPIs effectively including Financial Risk Relationship and Performance metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal partners and demonstrate subject matter expertise in supplier engagementrelated matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all defined policies and procedures meeting all reporting and documentation standards.
  • Enforce governance models for vendors and facilitate all relevant governance reporting and activities.
  • Establish and oversee vendor financial management processes to support budget forecasting vendor billing and tracking of costs.
  • Mediate and resolve escalated problems and contractual disputes with vendors and business stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement for Vendor engagement processes.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management organizational and time management skills and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize and deliver initiatives
  • Ability to obsess about the overall customer experience and provide a world class vendor management service.
  • Exemplary negotiation skills with attention to scope cost management and contractual language.
  • Ability to communicate and drive the strategic direction of the firm delivering technology solutions that meet internal and external needs.
  • Be a strong decisionmaker and problemsolver with attention to detail and excellent logical thinking skills to understand and analyze business processes identify risks and propose solutions
  • Be resultsoriented resourceful and a gogetter who adapts quickly to changing environments and needs andproactively bring ideas to the table to drive efficiencies and engagement
  • Promote a strong controls environment adhere to risk/control procedure and process expectations while appropriately delivering whats best for the customer
  • Be a team player with strong collaboration skills passionate about moving the business forward and supporting our teams and partners as needed

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Minimum 8 yearsof work experience primarily in Technology Sourcing Vendor Management.
  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • Experience with third party risk oversight (preferred)
  • Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g. Excel PowerPoint)
  • Strong at MultiTasking and time management discipline
  • Working with clients and Project management experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures functions and activities
