About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Vendor Relationship Manager to oversee and manage our network of recruitment vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between our internal recruitment team and external vendors to meet hiring goals efficiently and within stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Build manage and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies. Prefered Background from Sales & Recruitment Industry only
Onboard new vendors and ensure all compliance and contractual documentation is in place.
Allocate job requirements to appropriate vendors based on capability and track performance.
Monitor vendor delivery against SLAs (Turnaround Time quality response rate).
Resolve conflicts negotiate terms and improve vendor service levels.
Provide regular updates and reports on vendor performance to senior management.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill hiring needs.
Train vendors on JD understanding hiring process and documentation standards.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in vendor coordination negotiation and relationship building.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in working with recruitment agencies or in a staffing environment is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS is a plus.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management preferably in the recruitment domain.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing, with a focus on payroll, revenue, or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems, financial accounting principles, and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
