Job Summary

In this role you and your team of Enterprise Account Executives will target existing and new customers within the Central Region. To be successful will need to understand and work within complex enterprise organizations while navigating several buying centers with multiple DigiCert use cases per buying center. The customers and prospects in your region will target fall into our Enterprise Segment. Alongside achieving success against NNACV and ARR you will be expected to implement a broad strategy for the region to achieve customer acceptance and implementation.

What you will do

  • DigiCert People Leadership you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to successfully achieve their goals utilizing the people programs practices and policies of DigiCert including but not limited to OKR setting continuous feedback performance management career development and hiring great talent.
  • Driving Account Development Owning account relationships to maximize sales into major accounts and being part of the customers overall business solution. Driving crosssell and upsell opportunities. Penetrating additional buyers within the accounts identifying their needs and then configuring an appropriate offering from our portfolio to meet those needs.
  • Driving Account Acquisition Creating and implementing a strategy to accelerate new account acquisition.
  • Expanding Account Network Develop relationships and alignment at multiple levels executive sponsors influencers and decision makers. Establish positive relationships that drive value.
  • Driving Sales Leading enterprise agreements to close multiyear subscriptionbased deals. Prepare accurate forecasts build a funnel to cover bookings target document activities in Salesforce and perform other tasks necessary to drive revenue and communicate activities to sales management.
  • Effective Account Planning Using disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships enhance customer satisfaction and increase account penetration.
  • Promoting a Customer Focus Actively understands each accounts strategic growth plans technology strategy and the competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments earnings statements press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the customer.
  • Demonstrating DigiCert Proficiency Be proficient with a working knowledge and understanding across all DigiCert products and solutions

What you will have

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Territory experience: Central Region
  • 5 years of quotacarrying sales experience at a digital security/software/technology company.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Track record of driving results faster with a sense of urgency.
  • Track record of closing multiyear and subscriptionbased SaaS deals.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with a strategic customer based and advising on industry insights best practices and strategy.
  • Ability to travel.
