- You are part of our Standards & Enablement Team which focusses on ensuring that the account has all accesses tools and templates needed
- In addition you are responsible for creating and implementing new processes
- In your daily work you will manage bigger projects from A to Z which includes the communication of bigger groups creating guides recording training videos and ensuring that all questions are going to be answered and upcoming errors will be resolved
- You work very closely with our account leadership on preparing new presentations and communicating them to our OMD teams
- In your daily work you will work closely with OMD markets and have limited client contact
- You are/will become the group manager and direct reporting line of a midsize team 5 people) which you will lead in terms of regular feedback conversations and advises on how to do specific tasks
- You should have experience with international accounts and an understanding of cultural differences within and across markets.
- Ideally you should have experience working in a fastpaced media agency.
- Strong project management skills are essential for thriving in a fastpaced communicationheavy environment.
- You should possess the ability and enthusiasm to create presentations and training materials with a willingness to present to larger groups.
- An interest in tools and a good understanding of data processing are desirable. Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other media planning tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of German or an additional language is also advantageous.
- You should enjoy working within a closeknit team and have a desire to continually learn and develop within the agency environment.
