About the opportunity

Are you ready to take your Information Management expertise to the next level Were looking for a proactive and techsavvy Information Management Officer to join our team! In this role youll be a key player in delivering bestpractice records management services and driving digital efficiencies across Council.

As a trusted advisor youll provide expert guidance on records management policies legislation and standardshelping staff navigate the evolving information landscape. Your understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 will be highly valued as we continue our digital transformation journey.

Located at the Unley Civic Centre our workplace is surrounded by parks shopping centres cafs and restaurantsoffering a fantastic worklife balance.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Experience using Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (ECM/CI Anywhere preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365youll help optimise our information workflows.
  • Knowledge and understanding of records management legislation standards and best practices ideally in local government.
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for customer service collaboration and continuous improvement.
