Our client a UKbased brokerage is looking to hire a business development manager. They are present in more than 100 countries with more than 20000 properties though only with offices in the UK and the US (our second largest revenuedriven market).
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible generating new business for the company. Our client has an extensive database of clients as well as subscriptions to many data platforms. The role will be a combination of warm and colder generation. This role requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. It also requires someone with good data skills and organisation.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills both on the phone and face to face
- Proven experience in business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong ability to manage and understand data
- Experience in customer relationship management
