Introduction:
Established in 1993 YRGCARE is a premier nongovernment organization providing comprehensive HIV services in India. Its objective is to provide prevention care support and treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS to prevent new infections and to ensure that patients and their families are treated with dignity.
YRGCARE is the subrecipient of the GFATM 202427 cycle of funding from NACO to implement the Virtual Interventions Program. This project aims at ITenabled virtual strategy and management of the NACO Helpline 1097.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Content Manager will play a critical role in designing content for demand generation activities virtual outreach and addressing myths misconceptions and followup requirements of clients. Working closely with other team members the Content Manager will ensure that all content meets the projects objectives and complies with relevant laws. This position requires collaboration with virtual navigators and the online platform team to create and manage effective content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the online platform team and virtual navigators to set up and manage an efficient system for mining client interactions Google Analytics community interactions client feedback and social media data analysis.
- Support the analysis of service data to understand the effectiveness of social media content using insights to improve future content for better efficacy.
- Develop standard operating process documents to ensure all required content complies with relevant Indian laws.
- Support and develop content such as reels case stories vlogs and testimonials involving individuals and groups interested in contributing to the cause.
- Work with virtual navigators to ensure their bio profiles are updated and that virtual interactions are analysed to inform new content creation.
- Train virtual navigators on the use of digital content including short videos and GIFs.
- Create a digital media plan targeting adolescents and youths and discuss it with various stakeholders including NACO SACS DISHA/DAPCU and other partners. Ensure the plan aligns with NACOs vision to improve service availability and linkages.
- Provide proactive feedback to virtual navigators to enhance their demand generation outreach and linkagerelated outcomes.
- Prepare monthly reports and updates as required. Ensure that content is fieldtested and continually developed based on evidence.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in content creation and management particularly for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and datadriven content strategy.
- Proficiency in using digital content creation tools and platforms.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective content including videos GIFs and testimonials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to train and support team members in digital content usage.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for content in India.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
