TPF Recruitment. Kents leading provider of accountancypractice professionals is supporting and fantastic top 15 chartered accountancypractice in Maidstone in their search for a Corporate Tax Senior.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a market leadingfirm of Top 15 chartered accountants based in Maidstone. You will work withinan experienced regional team of tax advisors servicing a mixed and veryexciting portfolio of clients. Our clients works for a range of businessesfrom owner managed businesses through to significantly sized and listedgroups.
- Being a point of contact for clients for corporation taxmatters
- Preparing the more complex corporation tax returns and taxcomputations
- Reviewing tax returns and accompanying workings as draftedby other staff
- Advising clients on corporation tax liabilities as theybecome due
- Preparing/amending letters and emails to HMRC
- Drafting/amending correspondence to client or thirdparties
- Assisting in dealing with enquiries raised by HMRC
- Preparing other forms etc. as required by HMRC or otherthird parties
- Assisting with the preparation of R&D tax reliefclaims
- Various ad hoc work as it arises such as technicalresearch
- Assisting with advisory work such as advising clients ofupcoming tax changes and how they can best plan for future tax liabilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a corporate tax environment
- ATT and/ or ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
