We are seeking a skilled Tender Executive who is wellversed in the tender management process particularly with experience in the GEM portal. The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in the Tender department and a strong background in handling tenders for dialysis instruments and IVD devices.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 5 years of experience in the tender department.
- Significant experience with dialysis instruments and IVD devices.
- Proven expertise in managing tenders through the GEM portal.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire tender process from searching for tenders to payment collection.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tender process effectively with an emphasis on GEM portal tenders.
- Search and identify relevant tenders in the field of dialysis instruments and IVD devices.
- Handle tender submissions and ensure all requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Facilitate the process from initial tender search through to payment collection once a tender is awarded.
