What you would be doing:
You will be working closely with the Administrator and Department Headsto create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs.

This position will work between the hours of 7a5p.
The successful candidate:
Has a minimumof ahigh school diploma orequivalent.
Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness ofbudgets overtime andper patient day scheduling andhas the ingenuity tobe flexible and manipulate schedules as needed.
Hasstrongcommunicationskillswiththe ability to negotiate motivateand gain commitment from team members.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (word processing graphics databases spreadsheets etc.
