The ideal F&B supervisor will lead our Ladies and Gentlemen during dinner service at our awardwinning restaurant Atria and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This dynamic and rewarding role requires a high level of flexibility attention to detail and a proactive approach to multitasking.
Please note that this role requires work rights in Australia to be considered.
Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise the restaurant service period (PM Dinner Operation) tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete gastronomical experience
- Be an empowering leader byproviding motivation and support to your departments Ladies and Gentlemen
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute teambuilding activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
About You:
- An uptodate RSA
- Nighttime availability 5pm12am)
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
