Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support the endtoend recruitment process by sourcing screening and engaging with toptier candidates. You will play an essential part in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and networking events.
- Leverage recruiting software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
- Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities.
- Assist with executivelevel recruiting efforts by sourcing highly qualified technical talent for key positions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates providing timely updates feedback and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through innovative approaches.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional connections with a diverse pool of candidates.
- Proficiency with recruitment software such as Recruiter Flow and Ceipal is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with a focus on clarity professionalism and persuasive communication.
