Job Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan execute monitor and deliver software development projects on time withinscope and budget.
Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for effective project tracking andreporting.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies.
Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and manage crossfunctional teams ensuring collaboration and
alignment with project goals.
Facilitate team development by identifying training needs and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
Technical Leadership:
Leverage handson experience in software development (fullstack) quality assuranceand maintenance to guide technical teams.
Ensure adherence to coding standards performance benchmarks and securityprotocols.
Client Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication ofproject progress challenges and resolutions.
Conduct project kickoffs regular status updates and milestone reviews withstakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement andexceptional service delivery.
Proposal Development:
Support presales activities by preparing project estimations proposals and technicalsolutions tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with business development teams to define project scope and deliverwinning proposals.
Knowledge Management & Process Optimization:
Document lessons learned best practices and technical solutions to contribute toorganisational knowledge.
Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
Business Alignment:
Understand and align project goals with business objectives ensuring that deliveredsolutions provide tangible value to stakeholders.
Analyse business needs to translate them into technical solutions that meet or exceedexpectations.
Technical Skills:
Handson experience in software development (fullstack development preferred) andmaintenance.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA Confluence and MS Project.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban).
Strong understanding of quality assurance practices and support/maintenanceprocesses.
Project Management Skills:
Proven experience in project planning risk management and stakeholdercommunication.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
Excellent estimation resource allocation and presales proposal development skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Outstanding clientfacing and internal communication skills including presentation andreporting abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
NicetoHave Skills:
Experience in knowledge management and process optimisation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus
