As the Spanish side teacher in a dual language setting you will play a key role in supporting students language development and helping them achieve their full potential.**Key Responsibilities:** Implement effective curriculum for 5th grade students in alignment with state standards and school objectives in Spanish. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports both English and Spanish language learners. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote literacy critical thinking and writing skills. Collaborate with the dual language team including the Spanish language teacher to ensure cohesive and integrated language instruction. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments providing regular feedback and support to students and families. Create and maintain a safe supportive and respectful classroom culture where students are encouraged to take risks and develop both academically and socially. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress behavior and development. Participate in school events parentteacher conferences professional development and collaborative team meetings.**Qualifications:** Bachelors degree in Education Valid teaching credential for elementary education. Experience working in a dual language or bilingual classroom is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of best teaching practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support a diverse student population. Passion for working with children and fostering their academic and social growth.
