As a People & Culture Business Partner at Seven your role will cover a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities requiring a deep understanding of business needs and peoplerelated challenges. Youll identify gaps develop solutions and implement processes that enhance both business performance and employee experience.
As a trusted advisor youll collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Youll be the first point of contact for stakeholders managing P&C initiatives queries and projects while also contributing to broader P&C team efforts. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping a positive and highperforming workplace culture.
This position is a 6month parental leave cover.
