Job Summary & Responsibilities
Siro recruitment are looking for a Specification Manager (West London NW WSW). Our client is a leadingadhesives providerin the construction industrywho have a immediate start for a specification manager to promote the Companys full range of specialist products through architects specifiers contractors and fixers.
Requirements for the job
Educated to GCSE or equivalent level in English and Maths.
Experience required:
Proven sales experience preferably gained within the construction industry and / or selling to architects / tile distribution industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with architects (both new and existing) to promote the range of products.
Develop a working relationship with tiling contractors including the major commercial tiling companies providing technical backup support product knowledge and expertise to solve problems provide presentations onall products.
Communicate with distributors to provide uptodate information on new / potential contracts and provide sales support.
Maintain and develop existing anduser and influencer relationships.
Sell in to customers and influence endusers new product lines.
Identify opportunities for new business prospects and market share gains.
Manage inflow of sales leads from ABI Building Design Centre TAS Marketing and PR enquiries.
Manage maintain and input data on existing contracts and projects from inception to completion of project
