Technical Consultant-AssociateOIC

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating ERP systems with a strong focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) and HCM Extracts. This role involves designing developing testing and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless communication between ERP systems and other enterprise applications. You will play a key role in driving efficient processes automation and providing technical support for our ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development: Design develop test and implement ERP integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) BIP and HCM Extracts.
  
• System Integration: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate Oracle ERP solutions (e.g. HCM Finance SCM) with thirdparty applications and systems.
  
• Customization: Customize and extend ERP modules and integration components to meet business needs ensuring high availability and performance.
  
• Data Flow Design: Create data flow diagrams and workflows for integration processes ensuring accurate data mapping between different systems.
  
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for ERP integrations addressing issues in realtime and implementing solutions.
  
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integrations.
  
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and user guides for integration solutions and processes.
  
• Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.
  
• System Monitoring: Monitor integration processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
  
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on ERP integrations and tools.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud): Handson experience in building configuring and maintaining integrations using OIC.
  
• Proficient in BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher): Strong knowledge of using BIP to create reports and integrate them with ERP systems.
  
• HCM Extracts: Experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud and extracting transforming and loading data using HCM Extracts.
  
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including HCM Finance Procurement and Supply Chain.
  
• Integration Tools & Technologies: Experience with other integration tools and middleware such as REST SOAP XML and JSON.
  
• Database & Querying Skills: Solid understanding of databases (SQL/PLSQL) and experience with querying and manipulating data.
  
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
  
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools like Git or SVN.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and provide clear technical documentation.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Oracle certifications in OIC or relevant ERP technologies.
  
• Project Management: Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies.
  
• Cloud Technologies: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Relevant certifications or additional training in ERP integrations or Oracle technologies is a plus.
