Key responsibilities
Knowledge of GST & RERA is must
Finalization of accounts
Cash flow (inflow) projections
Supervision of billing collections banking statutory compliances
Periodical MIS
Budgeting
Returns filing
Coordinate to bankers on financing
Debt management
Agreements and dispute resolution
Supervision of costing
Supervision of individual and functional performance
