We have an excellent opportunity for a Board Support professional to join our Corporate Governance Function. This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be at the heart of our board management ensuring high standards are maintained across all board activities.
A bit about the job:
As the Board Support (reporting to Board Liaison Manager) you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate board support services. Your role will work collaboratively in a wider team of board support and involves scheduling board and committee meetings creating draft meeting agendas managing directors fees travel arrangements and expenses for nonexecutive directors (NEDs) and maintaining meeting attendance records action logs and forward business schedules.
You will also be the first point of contact for arranging meetings with NEDs and maintaining engagement and time records as applicable and will support on the induction of new NEDs. Additionally you will support the framework for Board and Committee meetings stakeholder engagement meetings and governance forward planning. You will have the opportunity to obtain professional qualifications to become a qualified company secretary.
