Qualifications :
- This is a facilities position so the job entails light maintenance such as chair assembly dock management mail delivery.
- This position also requires a high level of customer interaction from C level to office staff. Good communications skills are a must along with some PC skills as well.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to walk stand kneel and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to be flexible and to be a team-member is a must. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal communication and instructions.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects involving different customer groups.
- Ability to work as a team member in balancing workloads and pending tasks that need to be completed within a given timeline.
- PC Literate. Basic office skills creating reports filling out forms tracking invoices/work orders etc.

- They will be responsible for retrieving tickets form the Service Now system and then completing the requests in a timely manner and reporting back to the client when complete Someone who is self-motivated mechanically inclined small repairs such as chair assembly and some dock work is required as well.
- Lifting 50 pounds no extensive walking.
