As a Team Lead for Applied AI/ML in our Engineering Division you will spearhead the development of cuttingedge machine learning solutions fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Youll empower your team to excel ensuring our AI initiatives deliver significant value to our clients and the broader community.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals
- Drive innovation and best practices in AI/ML development
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality AI solutions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field
- 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
- Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and methodologies
- Experience in AWS and implementing ML models in the cloud
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with big data processing tools (e.g. Hadoop Spark)
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
- Experience in deploying AI solutions at scale
- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research
- Certification in leadership or project management
