FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced AI Engineers for our client base.

As an AI Engineer youll play a pivotal role in designing training and refining intelligent systems across key business domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and optimize AI/ML models (NLP CV RL LLM fine-tuning) to solve high-impact business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists MLOps Product Managers) to productionize models and monitor performance
- Develop scalable pipelines for data ingestion feature engineering model training and deployment
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and POC development
- Ensure model integrity reproducibility and ethical AI guidelines in deployment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with hands-on work deploying models in production
- Proficiency in Python (PyTorch TensorFlow HuggingFace) and familiarity with MLOps frameworks like MLflow or Kubeflow
- Cloud experience with AWS/GCP/Azure; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes preferred
- Strong understanding of model architecture training optimization and performance tuning
