Salary: 11.75 12.40 per hour

Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week on a 2week rolling pattern 5 nights one week 2 nights the following week) / 5:2

Number of Sleeps Required: N/A Waking Nights

Service: Childrens Home

Service Users: YPs with EBD Trauma and Complex Needs

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

Experience in Years Required: Previous experience in childrens residential care preferred

Employment Type: Permanent

We are looking for caring enthusiastic and dedicated team players with acando attitudewho truly care about childrens needs. You will provide daytodaysupport guidance and activities ensuring asafe caring and supportive environment for the young people in our care.

Essential Requirements:

Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment

Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

A team player who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes

Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping

Willingness to undertake shift work including weekends

A full UK driving licence

Desirable:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

Understanding of attachment and trauma in young people

Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
