Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience in Years Required: Previous experience in childrens residential care preferred

Essential Requirements:
Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
A team player who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes
Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping
Willingness to undertake shift work including weekends
A full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Understanding of attachment and trauma in young people
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
