Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Office (PMO) Support:
- Oversee project governance ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project KPIs risks and deliverables to maintain high performance.

KPI & Budget Management:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Manage project budgeting and financial forecasting ensuring cost efficiency.

Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support project transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and minimize resistance.

Scrum & Agile Practices:
- Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed to enhance project and team collaboration.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Foster strong collaboration between crossfunctional teams and departments.
- Utilize collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence SharePoint) to streamline workflows and documentation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 712 years of experience in PMO project management or collaboration engineering.
- Strong knowledge of KPI tracking budgeting and financial planning.
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR Kotters 8Step Process).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Trello MS Project etc..
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM) is a plus
