We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician (L1 & L2 to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and resolving a variety of ITrelated issues for our employees and clients.
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support (L1 & L2 to staff and clients
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networkrelated issues
Install configure and maintain IT equipment (desktops laptops printers etc.
Assist with system upgrades software installations and configurations
Respond to helpdesk tickets and escalate issues as necessary
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance
Provide support for cloudbased platforms and applications
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
A relevant qualification from a South African TVET college or university in IT or a related field (e.g. National Diploma in Information Technology)
Minimum of 12 years experience in IT support (L1 & L2
Strong understanding of networking troubleshooting and system maintenance
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and common business software
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365 Google Workspace)
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
