What youll do

We are seeking highly motivated and customerfocused individuals to join our team asClient Service Representatives for our language services company. As a Client Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our clients providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries resolving issues coordinating translation projects and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing prompt and professional assistance via phone email and other communication channels.
  2. Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs addressing concerns and delivering effective solutions.
  3. Manage and prioritize client inquiries requests and complaints ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers and linguists to coordinate translation and languagerelated projects according to client requirements and deadlines.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed project briefs to ensure clear understanding of client expectations and specifications.
  6. Monitor project progress identify and address potential issues and keep clients informed of project status updates.
  7. Assist clients with navigating our online platforms and tools providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
  8. Upsell and crosssell company services to existing clients identifying opportunities for additional languagerelated solutions.
  9. Stay uptodate with industry trends services and technologies to provide knowledgeable and proactive support to clients.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes suggesting innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. linguistics communications international relations) is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or clientfacing role preferably in the language services industry.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Exceptional problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities with a customerfocused mindset.
  6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  7. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality service.
  9. Knowledge of translation and localization processes and terminology is a plus.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs including occasional evening or weekend availability.
