The Payroll Specialist is responsible for a variety of payroll related tasks as well as other tasks as assigned by management. Skills & Abilities Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
Experience: 1 years of payroll processing experience
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a preemployment background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some hybrid work flex allowed based on business need. Benefits: medical dental vision life 401k match program PTO holidays annual bonus potential Duties Accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll for entire company and subsidiaries.
Management of legal garnishments.
Complete employee status changes related to payroll/job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases.
Process postpayroll report to management.
Calculation and submission of supervisor and field performance bonus.
Assist with AP processing as time allows.
Other projects as assigned by management.
