Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Join our esteemed residential architecture and design firm in Scottsdale! Were on the lookout for a proactive Senior Project Manager with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for excellence.

Your Role:

As a Senior Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in leading our team towards success. From coordinating design and construction plans to managing permit processes youll ensure projects meet our quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless coordination between the CEO and team members.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure quality and code compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Lead teams in developing comprehensive construction documents tailored to project requirements.
  • Develop project schedules milestones and deliverables to guide tasks and projects.
  • Oversee permit submissions and manage the approval process efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and direction to support staff on construction documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with interior designers consultants and engineers to coordinate construction documents effectively.
  • Represent the firm in meetings with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders as required.
  • Monitor project progress across all phases and assist with construction administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in residential projects.
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Registered Architect in the State of Arizona preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and Monday is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of design guidelines building codes and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment ensuring the quality of construction documents.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage staff of all levels.
  • Capable of working under pressure prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80000 $100000 based on experience and qualifications.
