Purpose

In this role you will coordinate Bord Bias marketing campaigns in line with the vision mission and strategic objectives of the organisation to achieve brand impact with our target audiences in EU UK and US.
What youll do
Oversee the planning and measurement of international marketing campaigns across key European UK and North American markets supporting the local teams inmarket with internal guidelines and processes from the Central marketing team.
Collaborate with the GBD teams in Europe the UK and the US to instill best practice in agency briefing media auditing process campaign and impact measurement in partnership with the central marketing team.
Coordinate plans inputs and outputs from our Chefs Irish Beef Club (CIBC) network across 9 markets to ensure we are optimising this earned endorsement and integrating it in our overall marketing mix overseas.
Monitor campaign impact in the aforementioned markets through a media (paid earned and owned) and audience data management framework in partnership with the central marketing team external media auditors and campaign evaluation agencies.
Advise on the development and adaptation of new creative content for campaigns in the region in line with brand guidelines and evolving EU UK and US claims legislation.
Support the Senior Manager Global Marketing Management and assist GBD teams in managing PR agencies particularly in terms of coordination of messaging and content and performance reporting to ensure alignment and cohesion with audience KPIs and other marketing mix components in the region.
Coordinate the development of an annual B2B content plan for customercentric marketing initiatives across customerfacing platforms (online offline paid owned and earned channels) in a range of languages partnership with our global customer content supplier.
Develop regional briefs for marketing communications agencies and work with them to devise and implement targeted transnational strategies and plans in line with budget allocations and KPI targets.
Manage relevant assigned budgets for global marketing communications in line with Bord Bias strategy processes and guidelines.
About You
Essential Knowledge Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
3 years experience as a marketing practitioner with experience managing Marketing Communication projects from planning through to and evaluation.
Having worked with marketing communications agencies and as part of a wider global team.
Significant budget and KPI management experience
B2B and B2C experience across paid earned and owned media
International experience in the EU UK or US markets
Audiencecentric focus to ensure campaigns achieve cut through with target audience
Degree level qualification in marketing with additional certification or qualifications in digital marketing
Skills & Capabilities:
Digital first mindset with high digital/technical enabled skills Comfortable working in a fastpaced change orientated business environment
Strong interpersonal written verbal and presentation skills to ensure excellent crossfunctional working and to ensure clarity and consistency of plans and campaigns.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
Desirable Knowledge Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
Food and drinks industry experience an advantage
SEO and SEA expertise an advantage

Objectif
Lobjectif de Bord Bia est de promouvoir et soutenir lexportation des produits agroalimentaires des boissons et de lhorticulture irlandais travers le monde permettant ainsi la croissance et la prennit des producteurs irlandais.
Pour ce faire vous serez missionner de coordonner les campagnes marketing de Bord Bia conformment la vision la mission et les objectifs stratgiques de lorganisation afin datteindre limpact recherch chez nos audiences cibles en Europe au RoyaumeUni et aux tatsUnis.
Vos missions
Superviser le planning et la mise en place dactions pour des campagnes de marketing et de communication sur les marchs clefs en Europe au RoyaumeUni et en Amrique du Nord. Guider et soutenir les quipes locales dans ces rgions en tablissant des directives et des procdures internes plus efficaces pour assurer la cohrence de nos messages de la conception a lexcution et lvaluation.
Travailler avec les quipes en Europe au RoyaumeUni et aux tatsUnis pour instaurer les meilleures pratiques en matire de briefing des agences de processus daudit des mdias dexcution des campagnes et de mesure de limpact main dans la main avec le service marketing central.
Coordonner le planning annuel des vnements et du contenu avec le rseau du Chefs Irish Beef Club ainsi que les entres et les sorties des membres du rseau dans 9pays pour sassurer de loptimisation de ce partenariat et de son intgration dans notre marketing mix sur le plan international.
Analyser et faire le reporting de limpact des campagnes sur les marchs mentionns grce un systme de gestion des donnes de laudience et des mdias (paid earned and owned) main dans la main avec lquipe marketing centrale les auditeurs mdias et les agences dvaluation des campagnes.
Conseiller les bureaux dans la rgion pour le dveloppement et ladaptation de nouveaux contenus cratifs conformment aux directives sur limage de marque et aux rglementations europennes britanniques et amricaines en constante volution.
Assister le directeur marketing le service de management du marketing international et lquipe de dveloppement commercial dans la gestion des agences de relations publiques en particulier pour coordonner les messages et contenus pour les rapports de performance et pour sassurer que tout soit conforme aux indicateurs cls de performance de laudience (KPI) et aux autres composantes de notre marketing mix dans la rgion.
Coordonner le dveloppement dun plan de contenu B2B annuel pour des initiatives marketing orientes client B2B sur divers plateformes (sites web salons professionnels et les autres reseau paid owned and earned) en diffrentes langues en collaboration avec notre fournisseur mondial de contenu client.
Dvelopper des briefings rgionaux pour les agences de marketing et communication et travailler avec elles pour concevoir et mettre en uvre des stratgies et plans transnationaux cibls selon les budgets allous et les objectifs KPI.
Grer des budgets pertinents allous aux campagnes de communication marketing internationales conformment aux directives processus et stratgies de Bord Bia.

Connaissances comptences et aptitudes essentielles
Connaissances:
Minimum 3ans dexprience dans le marketing notamment dans la gestion de projets de marketing allant de la planification lexcution et lvaluation des campagnes.
Avoir dj travaill avec des agences de communication marketing et avoir fait partie dune quipe de taille importante linternational.
Exprience significative dans la gestion des budgets et des KPI
Exprience avec les mdias paid owned and earned en B2B et B2C
