To meet the challenge of growth and opportunities company is seeking additional Customer Service Technician to join the Customer Service Team.
This position includes the following primary duties:
Perform startup commissioning service and preventive maintenance on company equipment:
o Static transfer switches
o Power distribution equipment
o Remote power panels
Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
Maintain timely and detailed service records in the companys system
Provide emergency response for critical incidents
Regularly scheduled time slots for 24/7 incident response
EXPERIENCE SKILLS & EDUCATION:
Service experience with electric power systems Required.
Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills Required.
Ability to read diagrams and schematics Required.
Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs Required.
Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge Required.
Associate degree in electrical field Preferred.
Electronics or electrical training from military service Preferred.
Clean driving record Required.
US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status Required.
Training to be conducted at company Headquarters in Aurora Ohio.
Field service work is performed at customer sites through the US and Canada. Travel is required.
At times weekend or possibly holiday work will be required.
Salary nonexempt status.
