POSITION TITLE: Accountant
POSITION SUMMARY:LEAPROS has partnered with a Venture Capital backed SAAS company who is looking to hire an Accountant to their growing team. This role will report directly into the CFO and will be poised for significant growth. This company has a strong VC backing along with investors who were Angel Investors in companies like Netflix Reddit Instagram and Wired.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform monthly balance sheet income statement and changes in financial position and budget variance analyses.
- Monthly financial review with CFO including trial balance against all reconciliations to confirm all balances have been reviewed and procedures complete.
- Assisting CFO with developing reporting dashboards and monthly financial packages
- Performing special projects as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
