Job Description
Howard Memorial Hospital is in need of an Informational TechnologyTechnician. This is not a remote position. This role is responsible for providing field service and helpdesk support to Howard Memorial employees and physicians. The position requires a broad knowledge of computer systems printers telephones hardware and software. This is a Monday through Friday fulltime position with oncall rotations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person over the phone email and remote support.
- Maintain hospitalowned computers peripheral equipment telephones networks and related equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers and walk the customer through the problemsolving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Qualifications
- 23 years in Information Technology preferred
- A or other certifications
- Proven experience as anhelp desk technician other customer support role
