You are a critical thinker who can make quick decisions with determination to find the best outcome for all. You will hold between 25 years of transferable experience ideally.
Your responsibilities:
Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Auckland market.
Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
Manage endtoend talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
Stay abreast of hiring market trends sharing consultative insights.
Engage in company events networking and CSR initiatives.
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B clientfacing roles.
Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.
Curiosity adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn developing a commercial skill set.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ethical growthoriented and resilient mindset.
Effective stakeholder management abilities.
