Job Description
Position : Pipeline & T&I Engineer
Employment : Oncall Basis
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : KL Office
Scope of Works:
- Lead all aspects of the projects pipeline and T&I activities; inclusive of planning engineering procurement and offshore operations.
- Display SSHE leadership in all aspects of project delivery from design project management and offshore operations.
- Establish a contract to purchase flexible flowlines required between a fixed platform and an FSO.
- Establish a contract to purchase the mooring system hardware required for the hookup of an FSO.
- Establish a T&I contract to install the flexible flowlines and mooring system hardware.
- Manage the suppliers and T&I contractor to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with platform and FSO delivery teams to address technical and contractual interfaces
Requirement(s):
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12years of relevant oil & gas offshore projects experience.
- Proven track record of delivering T&I projects safely on time and within budget.
- Exposure to flexible pipes transportation and installation activities.
- Strong understanding of marine logistics vessel operations and installation methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and stakeholders.
