Job Description
RPO Recruitments client is seeking an experienced Tyre Supervisor within a logistics company based in Centurion Gauteng.
Responsibilities
- Assisting operations in achieving budgeted tyre CPKs
- Review daily weekly and monthly tyre management reports and give guidance to operations teams where required
- Measure and report on the tyre service providers SLA performance
- Manage the tyre rethreading process from order to received back in stock
- Weekly transport meetings with RFDC contract managers (Online)
- Tyre casing s analysis review and scrutiny
- Administrative duties
- Identify and resolve tyre stock discrepancies in line with company process
- Attend to operational tyre queries and ensure resolution to operations satisfaction
- Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills
- Own and live up to the company values
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in tyre management
- Computer literacy: MS Office and tyre software
- Excellent administration & reporting skills
- Ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational and coordination skills
