The Opportunity
As a Bookkeeper you will be a key player in enabling KellyPartners next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Position Responsibilities
- Preparing BAS and other statutory lodgements for review by your supervisor
- Carrying out monthly accounts reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and accounts receivable bank reconciliations
- Work in tandem with Client Directors Senior Managers and Partners and the broader team on projects to drive success for KellyPartners
- Partake in company events training sessions as well as team meetings
- Carrying out data processing tasks on a monthly basis for our clients
- Using accounting software to create management reports for clients
About You
- Minimum of 2 experience in a similar role
- Experience in a chartered accountancy firm is highly desirable
- Possess a Certificate IV in bookkeeping/accounting or a bachelors degree in accounting
- Proven working experience with accounting software specifically; APS MYOB Xero and Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
