What youll do:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to track KPIs and operational performance.
- Work crossfunctionally with teams to define key business metrics and improve datadriven decisionmaking.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support marketing and growth initiatives by analyzing campaign performance customer behavior and funnel conversion rates.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to improve data quality accessibility and reporting capabilities.
- Craft compelling data stories that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders enabling confident datadriven decisions.
What were looking for:
- 4 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau Looker or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloudbased data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake BigQuery Redshift) is an asset.
- Handson experience with data modeling concepts and techniques including designing data structures that support reporting analytics and business logic.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in an ecommerce marketplace or automotive industry is a plus.
