Job Description

Join a growing team! Our company has an immediate fulltime opening for an Assembly Associate (mechanical) on our Engineering team. The candidate will start as temptohire. Job Description:
Responsible for assembling testing and troubleshooting various mechanical components as part of our engineering team. Your experience attention to detail and technical skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering drawings prints and technical specifications to assemble components accurately.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble build and calibrate production items.
  • Perform light machining tasks such as cutting drilling grinding braising sanding.
  • Perform QC inspections of production work.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes test results and any modifications.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep equipment and work area clean orderly and safe.
  • And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as assembly technician or similar preferably in an engineering environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints drawings and other technical specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and handson experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Familiar with or ability to learn basic quality control processes.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
