We are looking for an Account Executive New Business specializing in Mining Utilities and Construction verticals is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients within the ANZ region.
This role focuses on selling Ideagens SaaS solutions leveraging industry expertise to address the specific needs of these sectors.
Strategic Sales Planning Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets within the Mining Utilities and Construction sectors.
Lead Generation & Deal Closure Identify highpotential prospects in the ANZ region and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Industry Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of market trends challenges and opportunities in Mining Utilities and Construction to position Ideagens SaaS solutions effectively.
Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Needs Analysis & Presentations Conduct thorough client needs assessments and deliver tailored SaaS solutions through compelling demonstrations and presentations.
CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales efforts with campaigns market demands and customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate CRM records track pipeline activities and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management.
Ongoing Learning & Development Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies while participating in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Experience in B2B Sales Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales focusing on the Mining Utilities or Construction sectors.
Proven Sales Performance Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets particularly with SaaS solutions.
Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of the Mining Utilities and Construction industries including their unique challenges.
Communication & Presentation Skills Excellent ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation & Sales Approach Strong negotiation and closing skills utilizing a consultative sales approach.
Technical Proficiency Experience using CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
Work Ethic & Collaboration Ability to work independently and within a team with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
Travel & Documentation Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as needed with a valid drivers license and passport.
