Harvest after harvest our mission is to produce worldclass farm equipment for the needs of the progressive farmer.
To meet the growing demand for our product were currently seeking a Marketing Manager. In this position you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness drive lead generation and support sales initiatives.
In This Role You Will:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness product demand and customer engagement.
Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing content marketing SEO and paid advertising for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Oversee and assist the creation of compelling content including brochures videos website materials and trade show assets.
Manage and enhance the companys website ensuring strong SEO performance and a seamless user experience.
Plan and execute trade shows dealer events and industry conferences to promote Elmers Manufacturing products.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing tools and sales enablement materials that drive customer conversions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer insights and competitive positioning.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers industry influencers and other key stakeholders including farmers.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly (LTV LifetimeValue and CAC Customer Acquisition Cost)
Oversee public relations efforts media outreach and sponsorship opportunities.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to track customer engagement streamline marketing efforts and improve lead management.
Support the sales team by providing insights data and marketing strategies that enhance the sales process.
Collaborate with product development on market insights on current and future projects.
Travel as required to attend industry events dealer meetings and customer interactions.
Work together with the Marketing Lead to understand our current state and then collectively create an overall plan.
Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the agricultural equipment industry or a related field is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing branding and content strategy.
Proficiency in marketing analytics CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent understanding of the sales process and how marketing can support sales initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with graphic design tools video production and website management is a plus.
Ability to travel regularly.
A degree or diploma in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field would be considered and asset.
