Job Description

THE TEAM

The mission of the Facilities Department is to maintain and repair our network of aspirational stores and workplaces to enable an Everyday Luxury environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Facilities team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for

maintaining the aspirational look and feel of our worldclass spaces. As the Regional Facilities Manager you will oversee daytoday facilities management as well as engaging in bestinclass programs in space maintenance and repairs in your specific region. THE ROLE

As the Regional Manager Facilities you will:

  • Provide reliable costeffective energy and utilities to all Aritzia workplaces
  • Implement a systematic approach to maintaining all physical spaces by adhering to maintenance schedules ensuring upkeep optimal conditions and the prevention of asset damage.
  • Identify and address potential maintenance opportunities before they arise taking preventative measures to optimize performance longevity and efficiency.
  • Assess and address breakage & wear within our physical spaces after they occur to restore functionality and minimize disruption.
  • Manage maintenance cleaning and repairs across our business
